All of Ohio.
Happy Days Miniature Horse Rescue is a small rescue located in north central Ohio. We were founded in 2011 out of the realization that there are so many Equine Rescues, but none that are for miniature horses and donkeys. We focus mainly on Miniature Horse Rescue, but are always willing to help out all Equine if possible.
Our goal is not just to rescue Minis, but also to help educate horse owners/lovers about proper equine care, training, and treatment.
We strongly believe that the key to happy horse ownership is education and understanding.
Donate to Our Rescue Group...
We are currently seeking donations to help with residing the barn for the horses. It is currently painted, but the wind and rain from hurricane Sandy has taken a huge toll on it. Any donations small or large would greatly be appreciated by our little friends.
Our Adoption Process:
All of our adoption information is located on our website.
horses and farm-type animals can make wonderful pets, and rather than buying a horse and farm-type animal for sale or finding a horse and farm-type animal breeder, adopting a horse and farm-type animal from
an animal shelter or rescue organization is the perfect way to add a horse and farm-type animal to your family.
Keep in mind, there is a lot you will need to know when you provide a home for
a horse and farm-type animal. You will need to learn what to feed them, how much exercise or
attention your horse and farm-type animal needs, and many other important things about how to
house and care for a horse and farm-type animal. There are different types of horses and farm-type animals
