We adopt only to those residing within 60 miles of the Twin Cities area as a home visit is required prior to the completion of an adoption. If you reside outside this radius, we will make every effort to locate a volunteer to complete your home visit to facilitate an adoption.

About Our Rescue Group:

Diamonds in the Ruff is a small non-profit organization based in Roseville, Minnesota working to help place homeless canines in loving, appropriately-matched homes. We work to complete our mission one Precious life at a ime.

We acknowledge that some dogs who come into rescue, for a variety of reasons including becoming lost and never reclaimed, have a few Ruff edges. It is part of our mission to work to rehabilitate these wonderful animals, helping them work towards becoming the gems they truly are.

Our focus is on rehoming dogs that have become homeless in Minnesota and our border states but we are also willing to help canines from around the country. We work only with trusted rescue partners in order to avoid transporting non-native diseases, parasites, etc. into Minnesota.

Additionally, we strive to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets to promote a longer, healthier life for their pet and to avoid contributing to overpopulation.

Our Adoption Process:

Please complete the adoption application at www.diamondsintheruffmn.org.

We will contact you to schedule a meet and greet with the dog you are interested in.

If you/your family and the dog seem well-matched, a home visit will be completed.

If all goes well, you will be approved to adopt your new family member.

An adoption fee and adoption agreement apply.
