We are a small-breed dog rescue (mainly Cocker Spaniels) located in Phoenix, Arizona. We serve the entire state of Arizona. We do not do out-of-state adoptions.

Once we receive an application on one of our dogs, we will contact the applicant within 24 hours or less.
Our adoption fees vary depending on breed and age of dog and range from $175 to $395.
We require a home check of the applicant prior to approval and finalization of the dog's adoption. References (including vet reference) are also checked prior to adoption. If a meet & greet goes well, an adoption may proceed. If so, the Adoption Agreement must be signed by all adult parties adopting him/her. The potential adopter is responsible for printing two copies of the Adoption Agreement, which will be filled out identically. The adopter must have a tag for the doggie with adopter's address and phone number, a collar and leash (we recycle ours), and the adoption fee must be in cash.
A provision of our contract states that if, for any reason, the dog adopter is no longer able to keep the dog, adopter is to return the dog to our rescue. We always take our doggies back, because we made a commitment to keep them safe! That commitment is for their entire life!

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
