Friends of Rowlett Animals is working to improve the communication between the City of Rowlett Animal Services and the community. By partnering with our local animal shelter, networking with animal rescue groups, and utilizing community resources, we are able to help increase animal adoptions.

Friends of Rowlett Animals hosts adoption events on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at PetSmart in Rowlett from 12pm - 3pm. Petsmart is located at 5709 Liberty Grove Rd Rowlett, TX 75089.

Our Adoption Process:

$75.00 ($55.00 Seniors 60 and over) for animals who have been sterilized by the shelter
$25.00 ($5.00 Seniors 60 and over) for animals that have been sterilized prior to being brought in
A $5 City Registration for Rowlett residents will be added to the adoption fee

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life!
