Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:

We serve San Antonio and all lower Texas.

About Our Rescue Group:

We are a home-based rescue that focuses on providing a place for unwanted guinea pigs and adopting out with education on proper care , housing , etc. We also have a Classroom Foster Program with schools, providing full setups for classrooms for the school year at no initial cost to the teachers. We do not breed or advocate breeding so any babies we have is due to pregnant females being surrendered.
We also offer petsitting services for guinea pigs and do matching up of single guinea pigs.

Come Meet our Pets:

We do adoptions by appointment only, but are flexible with hours during day as well as evenings.

Our Adoption Process:

We require an application and proof of a suitable habitat prior to adoption. Once these have been approved, an appointment is made to visit us and pick out your guinea pig or pigs.
$20 adoption fee for single, $35 for same gender pair.. Free starter pack of hay, bedding and pellets for first time cavy owners. We can provide custom made C&C cages or we can direct you to resources to order a habitat.

Our Adopted Pets:

We have helped lots of pets connect with loving and caring owners. Check out our adopted pets list!

Why should you adopt?

small animals can make wonderful pets, and rather than buying a small animal for sale or finding a small animal breeder, adopting a small animal from an animal shelter or rescue organization is the perfect way to add a small animal to your family. Keep in mind, there is a lot you will need to know when you provide a home for a small animal. You will need to learn what to feed them, how much exercise or attention your small animal needs, and many other important things about how to house and care for a small animal. There are different types of small animals including Chinchilla, Degu, Ferret, Gerbil, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Hedgehog, Mouse, Prairie Dog, Rat, Skunk, and Sugar Glider.
