Our adoption process is as follows:
Step 1. Fill out an adoption application. We will contact you either by email or call you and inform you if your application was approved.
Step 2. Step up a meet and greet for you and/or your family to meet your potential new family member. You may also bring along your furry kid to meet his/her potential sibling. If you would like to meet your potential family member prior to your furry kid meeting them we can set up a second meet and greet just for the furry kids.
Step 3. After application is approved, meet and greet goes well, your family decides that you want to adopt, lastly your next step is to fill out an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Our adoption fee differs.

Love and Hope for Animals is a very small animal rescue based out of Madera, Ca. Love and Hope is still at the early stages of a new animal rescue. We hope to eventually expand and grow to having more foster and volunteers. Till then we are limited to the amount we are able of taking in at a time.

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
