Pets at Our Rescue Group:

Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:

We area small group that is dedicated to saving as many lives as possible that would otherwise be put down in county animal controls. We house, vet, care for these pets until permanent homes are found.

About Our Rescue Group:

The Founder, Trenda Ivey, has been doing rescue professionally for over 4 hours. She opened her own agency in March of 2011 when her beloved Pit Bull, Lucky Girl, passed away from Cancer. Most animals are housed with the founder as we don't have many foster homes. We are sick over the number of beautiful, healthy pets that are put down every day so our mission is to reduce that number and help these deserving animals have a second chance at life.

We require an application be completed and processed. Once that is done, we confirm with the potential adopter and make an appointment for a home visit. Adoption is completed at home visit is all is approved.
Our adoption fees range from $150 - $300 for dogs, depending on age, breed, etc. Most adults are $175 and most puppies are $200. This includes their vaccines of distemper, bordatella and rabies, deworming, spay/neuter and micro chip. Adults are tested for heart worms and all dogs and puppies are on heart worm prevention. For cats, our adoption fees range from $50 - $125, depending on breed and age. We offer multiple pet discounts for more than 1 animal going into the same home.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder? When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
