SOAR Rescue requires a pre-adoption questionnaire and a home visit prior to final adoption. At the home visit, the signed contract will be executed and the animal's medical packet exchanged. We ask for a re-homing fee of $150-$200 to help in the cost of spay/neuter, vaccines, etc.

About SOAR/Small Orphaned Animal Rescue
SOAR is a small rescue with one director and minimum volunteers. We are always looking for fosters and transport people. We rescue small breed dogs and cats and get most of our animals from owner surrenders and strays. All our animals are in foster homes because we feel it makes them more ready for their forever home.
