There is an application to fill out prior to adoption. Our adoption fee is $300 and all of our doggies and kitties are spayed / neutered, up to date on vaccinations , heartworm tested, frontlined, de wormed and microchipped.

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
