DFW Furrgotten Friends serves the Dallas area. We take dogs in and put them with foster families so that the dogs can be loved while they wait for their forever home. The benefit of having dogs in foster homes is that many are house trained and know a few commands before they are adopted.

We require an application and home visit before we will place our dogs with families. Our fee is $250, which helps the cost of vetting the dog.

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
