ARRUFF is located in Benton, AR, which is in the Central Arkansas area. We help puppies and adult dogs in our local area, and in surrounding areas when possible.
Our pets are fostered in Arkansas, and most of our puppies and dogs find awesome homes in the North/NE US including TN, ME, NY, RI, CT, MA, NJ, NY, MD, PA, and Arkansas, and if they are local, we will make plans to meet the adopters and deliver their puppy or dog.

Submit Application
Please email krun11@sbcglobal.net and ask for an adoption application as our website is not functioning correctly, but soon will be.
2.
Approve Application
We check addresses, vet references, & personal references. We then determine which person/couple/family would be the best home for this pet.
3.
Interview
We then contact the applicants and have a great conversation with them to determine the best adopter, and which home is best for the dog.
4.
Sign Adoption Contract
We go over the contract, & have them sign it. We then discuss transport, and which location would be best for the pup or dog to be delivered
5.
Pay Fee
PayPal is used for adoption donations, so a third party is involved to make the adopter feel better about sending $ over the internet.
6.
Take the Pet Home
The transport company we use makes sure our pets get to their new family safely, and if you are local, we will make plans to meet you.
