Lady's Story...
I was rescued from the pound and named Lady, I was wondering the streets of Miami... I was lost, my parents did not look for me and I ended up in a very sad place in a cage. I was lucky that Fur Angels and Lao who is fostering me got me out as I had this very strange feeling that I had not time left to live.
I need a home, I am well behaved and housebroken, I get along with dogs, kids and cats. I don't want to go back to a shelter, please take me home for Christmas...

Lady is a loving 2yr old female Carolina-Am bulldog mix. Her temperament is a bit shy, but very friendly, loving, sweet and playful. She's a very good dog, obedient, good with other dogs and cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady, a Miami Carolina Dog/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Carolina Dog/American Bulldog for sale in Miami, or seeking a Carolina Dog/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Carolina Dog/American Bulldog breeders who help with Carolina Dog/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
