Hi there! My name is Jet. I am about 1 year old and I weigh about 45 lbs. I am a VERY beautiful girl and I appear to be an even blend of Australian Cattle Dog and Bluetick Connhound.
I was picked up as a stray by the pound in the East Liverpool area. My owners haven't came looking for me or called in to report me missing.
As you can see in my picture, I have been searching and looking everywhere for my new family! I am very adventurous and love watching out the window in to the parking lot. I get excited when I see cars pull in 'cause I think it might be my new family, but nobody has adopted me yet.
I am a wonderful girl and would make an awesome family dog. I get along great with other dogs. I am perfect with male dogs, but I can be slightly dominant with some female dogs, so if you have a female dog it would be great if we could meet first just ti make sure we get along good. I love playing with other dogs! I also love playing with toys. I LOVE adult humans and children.

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
I AM SCHEDULED TO BE EUTHANIZED ON : WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18TH. IF MY EUTHANASIA DATE AND TIME ARE ABLE TO BE EXTENDED IT WILL BE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS AS I AM NOT IN URGENT NEED OF A HOME BECAUSE I AM. THIS IS DETERMINED ON A DAY BY DAY BASIS AS THE POUND'S SPACE IS VERY LIMITED.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY SPAY SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
