Fetchit's Story...
This beautiful young lady is around 2 to 3 years old, is Large in size, has a docked tail, walks on a leash, sits when asked, she appears to be a very sweet & loving young lady, active, happy, full of love & fun, pretty well mannered, playful, and is a special girl that is in need of a family to love.

Dawn gave a little test by looking in Fetchit's mouth, pulling on her ears and tail, holding her paw and giving her a little kiss and hug. Fetchit appeared to past the test with no problems, what a playful fun dog with a Labrador personality. Like all of our shelter dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Fetchit to play and be safe in. We feel she may make an very fun loving active family member & loyal companion that may love going on daily jogs. If you wish, Fetchit can be tested around Dogs & Cats here at the shelter

Act quickly to adopt Fetchit. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fetchit, a Grass Valley Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
