MIRANDA's Story...
Miranda is a 2 year old red heeler (australian cattle dog). She gets along great with most dogs ... great with male dogs, a little dominant with females.
She loves to be with you and will follow right by your side, thru the house and walking outside. She is crate trained but would rather sleep on the floow next to your bed. She is very happy go lucky and would make any fa,mily a nice companion. She only barks when left a little too long in her crate. Otherwise she isnt a big barker.
If you would like to meet her call 816-898-5646 or email barkin dogs1@aol.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MIRANDA, a Overland Park Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
