Jester's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jester's Story...
My name is Jester because I act like a clown. I'm about 9 weeks old and ready to be someone's buddy. My mom is a yellow lab but I don't know who my dad is so that is iffy. I have 3 sisters that are going to their new homes this week and I hope I get one soon, too. If you'd like to give me a wonderful home with lots of love, I'll be sure to always love you back. BTW I am down here in Georgia with all the other CARE pets and they use a USDA licensed pet transporter that delivers us to your door! How grand is that?!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jester, a Albany Labrador Retriever/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Albany, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky puppy from a breeder in Albany.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Albany already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Albany breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Albany paves the way for another one to be saved.
