My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Midas is an awesome little pup who always looks on the bright side of being a puppy. After being hit by a car, his leg has been repaired. He is still healing, but coming along great. He walks, plays and goes up and down stairs without any issue now.

Midas loves to play with every dog he has met, and snuggles with every person he has met. His tail is in constant motion and is always happy to get attention of any kind. He enjoys snuggling with our resident Lab when it's time to sleep. He is very curious about the world and is always looking to explore anything new.

We think he'll be a medium-sized dog and is around 31 lbs and about 5 months old. He's a mixed breed with some German Shepherd/Lab and anyone's guess for the rest.

He is crate trained and house trained. If in his crate, he will cry when he has to go out. When he has run of the house he goes to the door when its time to go out.

Midas has learned to sit before feeding, before going out, and on command. He is on his way with down, come, wait and stay. He also fetches a ball and brings it back, and sits nicely until you throw it again.

He is done with puppy teething, but always has a toy in his mouth. He loves nylabones, antlers, and stuffed animals that make noise.

Midas needs to continue with formal training, but he has proven to be a fast learner.
