My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gunther is a happy little dog who would love to belong to someone who is a stay-at-home person. He likes to be around his family. He is crate and leash trained and still working on house training (especially in a new place). Twice a day Gunther takes medications for seizures but is doing very well on the meds. We don't know what causes the seizures but we are taking all the necessary precautions. He is very helpful when you are working in the yard. Gunther makes sure you see him wherever you are.

People interested in adopting a dog from SD should send a note which includes information about home, family, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and a vet reference. Notes like "How much is this dog?," "Is this dog available?," "I'm interested in this dog" will not be answered. We are serious about our placements and hope you are too. Adoption fee is $100, trial period available.
