Boss's Info...

I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Boss's Story...
Boss and his litter mates were born on 11/19/13 and will be ready go to new homes on 1/14/14. You can meet them before then and pre-adopt.

Boss is a Labrador/Cattle Dog mix (we think). We know for sure his mommy is a Cattle Dog, but Daddy is unknown. We rescued his mom one week before she gave birth. Boss comes from a litter of 7 boys and 2 girls. They are still very young, so personality's are not yet showing but we imagine that they will all be happy, energetic and playful puppies.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and vet checked prior to adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boss, a Long Beach Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
