Lolly's Story...
Hi my name is Lolly! I was just a teeny baby when foster meowmy scooped me up out of a small rural shelter. I was there all alone without my mom or siblings. She said I had such a cute face and adorable fluffy fur that she couldn't resist! I've grown up a little now. I'm a very playful girl, and I love to talk to you and get attention! I'd be great in a home with other kitties or kids to play with! I have a crooked tail. I was like that when I got to foster moms, so she doesn't know how it got that way. She says it just gives me character! I'm just waiting for my furrever home! Might that be with you??

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lolly, a Houston Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
