Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dixie was purchased as a puppy by an elderly couple who kept her as an only dog for almost 7 years. She was doted on, and allowed to rule the house. She is a very sweet dog, but does not appreciate being reprimanded when she misbehaves. Although she would probably prefer to be an only dog, she does get along with other dogs. She does use the dog door and goes outside to do her business, but does not always make it. She does need some training that the couple who owned her was not able to give her. She will use a pee pad if it is there, but sometimes makes use of whatever is available. She is a very smart dog; very loving, and wants to please. She would also prefer to get all of the treats and all of your love.
