This adorable little guy is Casper. Casper is a beautiful bichon that is a little over 7 years old. He came to us from our Newark facility in hopes of getting himself a wonderful new home. Can you believe this little guy was picked up as a stray? It's hard to imagine him walking the city streets all alone, but he is safe now, and well taken care of. Casper was a bit neglected in his former life and had severe dental disease. Our veterinarian had to remove every single one of Casper's teeth, but he is doing great now and feeling so much better. Casper couldn't be any sweeter if he tried. He's calm, mellow, easy going and friendly. Casper just loves getting attention but does not jump up and down to get it....instead, he gives you the sad eyes so you'll pet him. Once you do, his little tail sways back and forth and he's just so happy to be loved. Casper is very well behaved. He walks perfectly on a leash, takes treats very gently, sits nicely when asked, and is a perfect gentleman. He doesn't seem to mind other pets and would love a nice, quiet home where he could relax, and take a leisurely stroll with a good friend. Casper is longing to be part of a good family that will love him forever.....please make his dreams come true! File#23101 11/18/13
