Talia is a quiet, shy girl that is looking for a warm lap to curl up on with a soft blanket. She is quiet, her foster mom has never actually heard her bark. She loves her warm sweater and her little pillow. She also loves her small house mates. The puppies are a little much for her but the other chi's in the house she finds very amusing.
