Wiley is a special needs boy, but not in a medical sense. Riley was recently rescued from a puppy mill--where he spent his entire life in a small wire cage. Riley is learning new things every day. He has conquered stairs, learning housetraining and this Christmas he learned how to play with toys! His foster mommy is so proud of Riley and his accomplishments. He will need a patient and experienced family to help him warm up to people and continue to learn new things. Please consider giving Riley your love and attention and apply to adopt today!
