SHE AND HER SIBLINGS AND HER MOM WERE PULLED FROM A HIGH KILL SHELTER IN TENNESSEE. SHE IS CURRENTLY IN A FOSTER HOME IN TENNESSEE.OPHELIA'S ADOPTION FEE IS 350.00.SHE HAS HAD TWO SETS OF PUPPY SHOTS. OPHELIA CAN BE TRANSPORTED TO THE CHICAGO, MILWAUKEE OR MN.
