Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lou is a beautiful Malamute cross who was pulled from San Bernadino in December of 2013. He is seven years old, and healthy. His foster mom said he had a very mellow temperament and is happy to ignore the other dogs in the household as well as her children. However, one of her existing foster dogs did not get along with Lou, so he was transferred to our Training Partner who has continued to evaluate him and work with him.
Lou walks nicely on leash, and is housebroken/neutered and up to date on shots. He is fine with children in a supervised setting and as long as a proper introduction is made, does well with respectful dogs. A bouncy, overly exuberant puppy probably wouldn't be a good match for this older gentleman but an adult dog that is calm and just wants company would be perfect.
