Facts about Buddy

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Orange Or Red (Mostly)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 6409853
  • Hair: Short

Buddy was found abondoned in Rock Creek with his mother and siblings.  Mom disappeared but the kittens stuck together and survived with the assistance of cat lovers who fed them.  They were more than 1 year old when they were trapped and brought to safety.  Buddy was the last one.  He is obviously not a feral cat but quite the opposite--a lap cat.  He is very affectionate and gets along very well with other cats.

About Friends Forever, A Cat Sanctuary

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a rescue organization of homeless and abandoned cats. We also perform TNR in local areas with feral colonies and rescue the majority of cats for socialization rehab and ultimately adoption. In the feral colonies, we place feeder volunteers so they get fed every day. We are a no kill, cage free, all volunteer non-profit organization.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Most of our pets reside at our Adoption Center at 359 Nevada Street, Suite 101 in Auburn, CA. Some are temporarily in foster care in our volunteer's homes.

Our Adoption Process...

We screen all of our adopters and we do have an adoption contract. Our adoption fees are based on the age of the cat from $50 - $170 depending on the breed and age of the cat.
