My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mia is an adorable 2-year old chocolate Chihuahua female that was saved by Helping Persian Cats just in the nick of time before her time at the shelter was up. We just couldn't let this little girl die.

Mia suffered from a very bad case of demodectic mange and skin infections and had almost no hair on her body. She didn't look her best and no one wanted her.
But this skin condition is not contagious and very treatable so we decided to rescue her. After two month of weekly medicated baths and some good food, lots of love and some training, she was ready to be spayed and Mia is now ready to find her forever home.

Mia is very affectionate, she loves people and other dogs. Her favorite playtime is going to the dog park and playing chase with other dogs for hours. She walks well on the leash. Mia is very energetic and playful, she would do great with another doggie friend to play with and in a home where she gets daily walks, trips to the dog park and where she has the run of the home. She is crate trained and uses puppy pads. Now all this darling little bundle of joy needs is a mommy or daddy to love and give kisses to.

She simply loves everyone.
