Hi my name is Harlow. I was rescued from a high kill shelter. Nobody came looking for me. I had to be shaved down because I was so full of mats and burrs. But when my hair grows back I'm sure I will be pretty. Thank goodness I got out of there just in the nic of time. Now I live with many foster brothers and sisters. I even have feline friends.
