Patches's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Patches's Story...
Patches is a 15 yr old neutered boy. He was surrendered to our rescue as the owner could no longer care for him due to medical issues. Patches is in care with his 10 year old brother Jazzy. Patches is on daily heart medication and is developing arthritis. He is a very sweet little guy who loves to hang out with his humans on his fluffy dog bed or play in the yard with the other dogs. We will not separate these 2 boys as they have been together all these years. We require a home visit, ref visit, a fenced back yard. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patches, a Chilliwack Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise for sale in Chilliwack, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Chilliwack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chilliwack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chilliwack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chilliwack paves the way for another one to be saved.
