My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE: We recently discovered that Thor tested positive for heartworm. He will be treated for this and then will be available for adoption. Poor Thor, can't catch a break right now. If you are interested in Thor, please watch here for updates and when he will be available. Love to Thor during this horrible time in his life....but he will be ready for a Furever home soon!

Thor's dad had to go into a nursing home and the family that took over promptly decided Thor belonged in a pound. Once we convinced him that Thor would be euthanized since he needed his shots, etc., they were literally going to DUMP him. One of our volunteers caught him just in time, as they were already in the car.

Thor will be staying with this volunteer until he is caught up on vetting, cleaned up and loved up! He has a heart of gold. He lived his live on a farm, but is accustomed to living indoors and cudding with his new owners. His job was to welcome all visitors.....what a greeter!!!!

Pictures coming soon!!!! We haven't had a chance to clean him up and get his photo taken yet!
He should be about 140 lbs once he is healthy again.

UPDATE::::: Thor was taken off the site for a while because he had to go through heartworm treatment. But, he is now HEALTHY!!! He is now neutered as well. He quit spraying once neutered, but will most likely need a helping hand in making sure he knows definitely where to potty. He has been doing fantastic though, he quit spraying everything vertical once he was fixed.
