Meet Jackson! Jackson is a two-year-old, male, neutered, Maltipoo. Rescued from the county shelter on November 19th, Jackson has been a great addition to The PRC family. He is such a cute boy with a lots of fun to offer a new family. He loves his toys and serious cuddle time. He has done well socializing with the other small dogs here and will only get better as time goes on. Jackson has a funny haircut because he had severe matting from head to toe and needed a full shave down. When his hair grows out he will be a golden, curly, low shedding boy. He is ready to go as soon as he finds a new forever home!
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
