Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Praiseworthy. That is the meaning of my name. I could sure use some praise right now. I have been recovering nicely since my hit and run accident but I have been feeling a little down and out of sorts. I mean I know I am a great dog and worthy of praise. But it does feel good to hear it every once in a while. I mean I am not high maintenance by no means, but a girl likes to hear she is special every once in a while. I don’t need automated water dispensers or laser guided tennis balls. I like the simple things, belly rubs and squeaky toys. Respectful kids would be great for my family since I am so sweet and loving. Although I get along great with other dogs here at the shelter I am a bit selfish when it comes to sharing my people so a dog free environment would be best for me, but I am very respectful of feline types. I am housebroken already and am getting into the swing of crate training and not finding it as difficult as I thought. In fact I really like it! I may not be what you consider a spring chicken, but I can nuzzle you better than any chicken ever could. 7 years old-61lbs. My adoption fee is $140 and includes; spay, microchip, 1 month pet health insurance, free vet exam, reduced cost training class, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.
