Ava's Story...
This sweet girl was found running a busy highway late on night. She loves attention and loves belly rubs! She gets along very well with other dogs and cats. She has spent some time around children and does great! She enjoys playing tug 'o' war with ropes and loves her food; she is slightly food aggressive. Ava is crate trained and knows several commands such as "sit" and"down". She does well on leash walks and just wants to please. She is looking for her forever home filled with love as she only has love to give.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ava, a Washington Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Washington, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
