Jolie's Story...
Can you get any cuter than this?? Jolie is an incredibly sweet and adorable doll, about 5 months old and 4 lbs,(born 8/1/13) that we rescued from East Valley shelter. She is docile, well-behaved, and curious, always exploring her surroundings. She is playful and likes to romp with other small dogs. When she isn't chewing her rawhide, she is trying to find a place to hide it. Jolie is good on the leash, knows how to use doggie steps, takes treats nicely, and is working on her potty habits. At night, Jolie gets right into bed and under the covers; there she sleeps quietly all through the night. This munchkin has a wonderful personality and temperament (very similar to a Maltese rather than Chihuahua). Jolie will make a wonderful companion for lucky person and to other furry friends. Check out her video!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jolie, a Encino Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Encino, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
