Here's what the humans have to say about me:
As creatures in general go, you will never find a more loving and generally sweet dog than Aster. Aster is a surrendered dog for our rescue. She had been at a local resident's home for the last year. The resident was feeding her, but "she's not my dog" is what she said when she called for us to come pick up Aster. What a heart breaker to have been fed and taken care of by someone who then says "she's not my dog" and just be given up. Well, Aster is not letting rejection get her down. She is still just a wonderfully sweet, gentle girl. She loves to stand there next to you and lean on you for a hug. Aster is really good with other dogs and just generally loves people of all ages. She is so deserving of a good home. Please think about adopting this wonderful girl.
Aster is approx 3 years old so if you are looking for a settled dog, that's Aster. She is still playful and enjoys walking and outdoor activities, but she isn't hyper in the least. Aster currently weighs approx 45 lbs. She is up to date on vaccines, has been spayed, and is on all monthly preventatives for heart worms/fleas/ticks/ and parasites. Aster was fully treated for heart worms and is a happy and healthy girl. She would be ready to transport to her new home anytime someone decides to make this girl a permanent part of their family. Thank you for looking at Aster. Someone is going to get a really great dog!
