SNOOPY's Story...
Snoopy is such an incredible dog. he is so sweet and loving and super smart. He has gone through a lot in his short life time. He lost his sight, when he was mauled by a dog. Then because he lost his sight his owner wanted him put down. The vet would not do this and fixed his eyes and left one eye that he can see shadows out of. He is truly incredible with in two minutes of meeting Snoopy he was able to sniff right to me and jump in my lap. Once Snoopy walks around in his environment he knows it backwards and forward. he gets around perfectly. At times you would not even know that he is blind. He is the wonder dog truly. He is one of the sweetest dog I have met and will charm you. He gets along great with other dogs and is very gentle.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SNOOPY, a West LA Pekingese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pekingese for sale in West LA, or seeking a Pekingese dog from a breeder in West LA.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West LA already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West LA breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pekingese breeders who help with Pekingese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West LA paves the way for another one to be saved.
