Hi there. Happy go Lucky here, but they call me Lucky for short. My name says it all as I'm am one happy go lucky little boy despite being born deaf. So what? Can't hear, but that doesn't slow me down one bit. I'm smart and have already learned a few commands from hand signals. I'm super social and so far like everyone I meet - canine and human alike! To adopt a Chi, you must provide one of the following: 1) proof of home ownership (e.g. property tax bill in your name, deed showing title in your name, or mortgage statement in your name); or 2) a rental contract that states dogs are allowed. In addition, all household members (including children) must visit with the Chi you wish to adopt.
