Noodle's Story...
Noodle: 2 month old puppy, red female MinPin. 3 lbs., 2 oz., 6" long. Docked tail, natural ears.

Our pack leader! Playful, rambunctious and expressive Noodle was born into rescue on October 7, 2013. She is the most fearless and physically advanced of the litter. She has learned to walk, run, climb, jump and play at lightning speed. Noodle's infectious energy and lust for life is an inspiration to her siblings. Before she had a name, we referred to her as "our little traveler" because she was the first to venture out of the den and smell what was around the corner. Noodle is strong, healthy, expressive and very playful. She is the first to rise and last to go down for a nap. She loves to play with the other dogs, puppies, toys, shoes and whatever else pleases her. When she's not playing her heart out, she gives the gentlest little kisses. Noodle will do well in a home with other playful pups and humans who are young at heart. She is a fast learner and was the first to master the doggie door, just by watching her older pack mentors. We suspect she will be the teacher's pet at her obedience classes. Given Noodle's propensity to discover her world, she will need to be in a home where she is safe from the temptations to explore beyond her boundaries. She is still too young to "bolt" but could be one to dart out and see what's behind "door #1" if given the opportunity. Just like her mother, she loves the sunshine and would love to have a back yard to play in. She will certainly enjoy long walks and a box full of toys. This little girl will warm your heart and keep you young! She won't be in foster care for long, so let us know when you'd like to meet Ms. Noodle. You're life will never be same, nor would you want it to be!

Noodle's first round (1 of 3) of shots are complete and 2-3rd rounds are scheduled. She will be spayed at/around 15 weeks of age (approximately the end of January, 2014). Once she has been spayed, she'll be ready for her forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Noodle, a Oceanside Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Oceanside, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Oceanside.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oceanside already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oceanside breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oceanside paves the way for another one to be saved.
