Totally cool Tobias is the smoothest hound dog ever! He is the epitomy of Chill and such an easy going guy ever to come out of Georgia! Tobias and sister Talulah were rescued out of high kill north Georgia mountains high kill shelter in Chatsworth, GA. In the south, hounds and labs are the throwaway dogs, so they were either tied up or left to fend for themselves or dumped at the shelter...but they are the luckiest two ever because they are getting out of Georgia and headed to the northwest around the first of the year. Tobias is about a year and a half and weighs 39 lbs. Toby is slightly stockier then his sister, and everyone's friend! Toby is calm and quiet and just one cool dude. He loves car rides and walks in the neighborhood or in the woods. He loves being out and about and will be the neighborhood social director. Tobias loves other dogs and is fine with kitties and kids too. He is ready for the rest of his basic commands, but has a good start. Toby is crate trained and house trained and neutered. He has all of his vaccinations and will be happy to do whatever you want. or just chill next to you. Very affectionate and fun, Tobias is mellower then his slimmer sis Talulah. They enjoy each other company, but will be fine adopted separately. We can't wait to get them out of the south and headed to the northwest...where they get to live and live happily with folks who care about them and love them for the terrific family dogs that hounds are.
