Jamal's Story...
Jamal was found as a matted mess at the shelter. Our rescue team could tell that under the mess was an adorable little guy who deserved some love. With a good grooming and TLC, Jamal is a prince! This little guy is 2 years old, weighs 14lbs and is a bundle of energy. He is very hyper, loves to run and play and always seems to be on the move. He plays well with other dogs, walks well on a leash and is as sweet as can be. He would love an active home where he can release some of his energy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jamal, a Encino Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Encino, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
