Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pepe in SC
We are looking for a new home for our beautiful 1.5 year old, male Dutch Shepherd Mix, Pepe. Pepe is a very loving and energetic dog with an active play style that enjoys lots of exercise and a large fenced in yard to run around in. Pepe is a very fast runner and very agile. He enjoys playing with other big dogs and has been in doggie daycare many times. Pepe is a great watch dog and will bark when the doorbell rings or someone approaches the house. Once he meets people, he is very sociable, friendly and behaved. Pepe is very affectionate and loyal to his owner and family. He does not beg for food at the table, walks very well on the leash and loves the outdoors. Pepe does well with older children but should not be left unattended with young kids (his active play style would knock them over). Pepe's favorite toy is the ball and he can entertain himself for a long time with one. Pepe weighs about 63 lbs, is neutered, micro-chipped, crate trained and fully housebroken, up to date on all shots, heart-worm negative and on heart worm- and flee & tick prevention medication. He comes with several accessories (such as XL crate, food bowls, leash, collar, and the remaining supply of preventative medication and food) Pepe is a great dog and trained in basic obedience such as sit, down, stay, come, place and heel. Pepe comes with dog-training from Barkbusters and there is the option to continue with training nationwide for the remaining term of the support contract (until October 2014). The training transfer fee will be paid for. Pepe also successfully passed the good canine citizen test from the American Kennel Club. NO CATS
He is located in SC but NADSR does adopt out nationally. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out our ON-LINE Pre-Adoption application.
