December 17, 2013: Mr. Wiggles spent his first 5 years in a puppy mill. He had little human contact and no real care beyond food, water and shelter. Despite this, Mr. Wiggles is the sweetest, most loving little guy you would ever meet. He loves everyone. He is a little clown and loves to play. He has discovered the fine art of cuddling on the couch and loves every minute of it. He is a tiny fella at only about 7lbs but he is full of spunk and loves life. He would make a great addition to a family that would be patient as he is still mastering potty training.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mr Wiggles, a Spring City Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Spring City, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Spring City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spring City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spring City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spring City paves the way for another one to be saved.
