Have you met our sweet and silly girl Maya? If not, you've got to come and meet this class clown! Maya is a bull terrier that is about a year old. She came to us from our Newark facility when she was turned in due to her owners moving. Maya is such a love and has such a great personality. She is young, well behaved, affectionate and sweet. Maya is very playful and will entertain herself for hours with the simplest things like her food bowl or a stick! Maya is known for finishing up her dinner, then gently carrying her food bowl around in her mouth. When she goes out for a walk, she is overjoyed to spot a nice, big stick that she can pick up and carry along with her. She has lots of fun in our exercise yard and will grab a toy and spin in circles with it. She is so silly and funny, and actually looks as if she's laughing at herself sometimes! Maya just loves people and makes friends very easily, though she would prefer a home with no other pets. This little lady is hoping for a great home with a family to love her....please make her dreams come true! File#23187 12/23/13
