Lady's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lady's Story...
I am trying to find a home for Lady as her my grandfather, her guardian, died. Unfortunately there is some conflict in the family and she cannot stay where she is for much longer. Lady has lived with our 3 miniature pinschers for two years now and they get along nicely. She also does well with kids. Lady is sometimes shy at first when she meets new people, but quickly warms up to them.

Lady has been kept outside most of the time but she has been brought in occasionally during bad weather and she appears to be house trained. She doesn't get much attention so I'm hoping she can find a home that gives her the time and love that she deserves.

Please email Bambi with any questions or if you want to meet Lady: bjpurpura@sbcglobal.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady, a Berkeley Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Berkeley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Berkeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
