Hi there. My name is Marlin. I am about 10 months old and I weigh about 45-50 lbs.
I was found as a stray in Salem. I just kind of wandered up on to lady's porch and made myself at home. She didn't know who I belonged to, so she brought me in to the pound. It was so cold out and she didn't want me to get hit so she did the best thing she could for me. At least here I have a chance of finding my owner or finding a new home.
I am a very, very sweet and loving kind of boy. I am very happy go lucky. I love love love all of the people I have met so far. I also get along great with other dogs and like to play!!
I seem to be very well mannered and seem to have had some training. As a matter of fact, the girl here at the pound couldn't even get a picture of me standing up 'cause every time she'd talk to me I just automatically sit down with out being told or anything!
I also seem to possibly be housebroken! I don't "mark my territory" while I am inside the office, and I actually still "squat" to pee outside! I am also a super clean boy in my kennel! No accidents so far!

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
I AM SCHEDULED TO BE EUTHANIZED ON : WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8TH. IF MY EUTHANASIA DATE AND TIME ARE ABLE TO BE EXTENDED IT WILL BE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS AS I AM NOT IN URGENT NEED OF A HOME BECAUSE I AM. THIS IS DETERMINED ON A DAY BY DAY BASIS AS THE POUND'S SPACE IS VERY LIMITED.

MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
