My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are in need of volunteers in all areas but primarily to foster, transport and conduct home visits. Assistance is also needed in fundraising, paperwork and computer work.

Our Volunteers are the backbone of this organization and without them we would not be able to do what we do. We are all focused on the DOGS 100%. Every decision made is ALWAYS based on what is in the BEST INTEREST of the DOG and in finding the BEST home based on the dog's needs. If you would like to consider sharing your home and heart by volunteering to help these displaced dogs, please fill out the volunteer application. We do require a home visit for every volunteer, you must be at least 21 years old and we require that your own pets be spayed/neutered and are receiving appropriate vet care which includes some vaccinations and Heartworm preventative. A volunteer agreement must also be signed and returned to AMPS before approval will be granted {APPLY TO VOLUNTEER}
