FRIEND's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

FRIEND's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING!!! Friend was adopted from an animal shelter, then given up by his owner after she became allergic to him. Her mother fostered him for a while, but was facing eviction if she didn't find him a new home. He's 4 years old, and in at least his 4th home now, that we know of. It's past time for Friend to find his own FOREVER home!! Friend is a smart boy -- he walks nicely on a leash, he knows sit, down, shake and roll over!!

Friend would prefer an all female household with no kids. He doesn't particularly like kids, especially adolescent boys. He gets along with some men, and loves women. Friend used to live with a cat, and loved playing with it. He also gets along with other dogs. Friend loves to go for car rides, and is very loyal to his owners. Friend's adoption fee is $325.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

FRIEND, a Tacoma Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Tacoma, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Tacoma.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tacoma already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tacoma breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tacoma paves the way for another one to be saved.
