Otter in ME's Story...
Otter is an awesome boy. He is between 6-8 years old and weighs about 70lbs. He is doing fantastic in his foster home. He is enjoying the home life and gets along great with all dogs as well as the cats. He does not need to be crated when left alone. He is full of wags and LOVES to be at his foster mom's side. He is such a neat dog that we are so happy we saved. He will make a wonderful companion for anyone. Please email Anne at info@soslabrescue.org for more information about Otter. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Otter in ME, a Good Hope Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Good Hope, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Good Hope.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Good Hope already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Good Hope breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Good Hope paves the way for another one to be saved.
