**Update** (1/21/14) Sassy made the trip to PA this past weekend. Her new foster mom reports that she is the happiest little girl ever! She immediately loved her canine foster siblings and is just perfect! (12/14/13) Sweet Sassy is still waiting patiently for a new family. She is a wonderful little girl, and is a great candidate for our Seniors for Seniors Program. PLEASE CONTACT US TO MEET SASSY @ AngelsAmongUsRS@live.com. (8/18/13) Sassy is a spayed female brown feist who is 14 years old. –She was owner surrendered because they are moving. The shelter staff reported that she is very sweet. Sassy was pulled from the shelter today and is in a temporary foster home. According to the owner, she had a leg injury before they adopted her 2 years ago. Her right front leg seems fused at the elbow joint---it stays in a permanent bent position. It doesn’t seem to bother her and she does use it. Sassy is very good with other dogs. She really does NOT act like she is 14.......She acts more like a 5 yr old. Sassy weighs about 20 lbs---is a little chunky and could use some exercise.
